From Tinki, we’ll continue driving for approximately one more hour to reach the starting point of our hike, where we’ll enjoy breakfast.
After breakfast, we’ll commence our hike, trekking gently uphill for about one and a half hours to reach the first lake. From this point, the remaining six lakes will be easily accessible, with the terrain becoming mostly flat or downhill. We’ll have ample time to capture stunning photos of the lakes and surrounding glaciers.
Following our hike, we’ll indulge in a delicious lunch and unwind with a soothing soak in the thermal baths, all while taking in the breathtaking view of Ausangate. Finally, we’ll make our way back to Cusco, which should take around three hours.
